St. Mary's Basilica in Bangalore has an english mass at 6 AM and 6 PM on Sundays. I got up a little late for the 6 AM mass so I asked the taxi driver to take me to the 6 PM mass after work.
When I arrived at St. Mary's at about 5:30 PM there was a wedding in progress as well as a couple of hundred people filtering through the areas sounding the church which had several statues of Jesus and Mary. By the time the 6 PM mass started the church was packed.
The mass was very similar to what I'm used to in the USA. The only real differences I noticed was that during communion the priest and one nun distributed communion to everyone and at the sign of peace people bowed towards each other rather than shacking hands or hugging.
